PRO START SCHOLARSHIP FUND AND CHRIS DOLEMAN PRO AUCTIONS PARTNERS TO CREATE ‘LUNCH WITH A HERO’ BRANDED AUCTION SERIES

Atlanta, February 6, 2012 – Former NFL legend Chris Doleman and his auction site, Chris Doleman Pro Auctions have partnered with Pro Start Scholarship Fund to create a branded auction series called Lunch with A Hero with all proceeds benefiting efforts to further enhance the athletic, academic and life skills of our youth.

The Lunch with A Hero series allows athlete partners to help Pro Start Academy raise funds for the Pro Start Scholarship.  Bidders who win the auction will enjoy having lunch with the athlete partner.  The proceeds from the auction will be utilized for the Pro Start Scholarship.

Pro Start Academy is the only athletic and academic program of its kind, founded and managed by former NFL players, professionals and other experts.  The organization’s primary goal is to develop and enhance the athletic ability of their students, while building upon their academic foundation through curriculum instruction and nurturing their life skills through mentorship, leadership and civic engagement.

Through Chris Doleman Pro Auctions, the branded auction series will allow the highest bidder to have the opportunity to have lunch with athletes within their local market.  The lunch hour has made a positive difference in the lives of many youth.

Currently, bidding is open to have lunch with the following notable sports greats:

- Archie Griffen – a two time Heisman Trophy winner,
- Coach Dave Wannstedt – current Buffalo Bills defensive coordinator, 
- Ryan Stewart – former NFL player and co-host of 2 Live Stews , 
- Marcell Dareus – current defensive end for the Buffalo Bills, 
- Coach Jackie Sherrill – a former college football coach who won nearly 200 games during his career, 
- L.C. Greenwood – a 4 time Super Bowl Champion and a 6 time Pro Bowl Defensive End and
- Eric Dickerson – a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
