The Otis Nixon Foundation developed the On Track Transitional Center, a broad based, collaborative initiative to assist formerly incarcerated and homeless individuals transitioning out of the penal system in the state of, Georgia to achieve successful re-assimilation into society.

The Goal is to help break the cycle of inter-generational incarceration and recidivism by providing a holistic, safe and structured environment, which includes: initial assessments; cognitive and behavioral treatment, housing opportunities, life skills development, job training and placement; and voluntary spiritual counseling.  Through intensive means, we can "Restore Lives: One Man, One Woman, One Child at a time."
